Estimation of Linoleate Intake of Men from Serum Lipid Analysis.

The development of the latter approach was made through anima! experimentation.2 The availability of a similar body of data relating linoleate intake to polyunsaturated fatty acid composition of serum lipids of young men offered the possibility of developing comparable equations for the estimate of dietary linoleate of adults.
